Meeting Rooms

“Romero” Meeting Room

36 m² area, maximum 20 people

The former library has not lost any of its charm as a result of the renovation of the finca. Instead, the room has been transformed into a cosy meeting room with state-of-the-art technical equipment.

A 75-inch touch screen allows videoconferences and the joint editing of documents on the screen. For this reason, people also like to use this as a meeting room/boardroom.

The Romero meeting room – named after the medicinal plant rosemary – is located on the first floor next to the Tomillo conference room, with which it shares the sanitary facilities. Access is via a corridor in the building or directly through the room’s outside terrace, which adjoins the hall at the rear end of the room.

Windows facing south and east guarantee concentrated working in daylight. As the front of the room faces north, there are no disruptive reflections on the touch screen.

A very special room that creates a good basis for constructive meetings thanks to its cosy Majorcan atmosphere.

“Verbena” Meeting Room

140 m² area, maximum 80 people

The large Verbena hall – called after the plant of the same name in English – is located on the ground floor of the main building, with direct access to the courtyard. The meeting room has barrier-free access and is therefore also suitable for an integrative event concept.

High ceilings and the large window front facing the Plaza Almez courtyard give the room an open, friendly effect. Its elongated form is not only suitable for meetings, but also for parties. The room can easily be divided into various areas such as the seating area, lounge area and the dance floor.

The connected sanitary facilities and the connection to the outdoor area make the Verbena meeting room a perfect alternative to the inner courtyard when the weather is bad. In addition, double glass doors leading to the plaza can be opened along the entire longitudinal side so that both locations can be connected to one another.

“Melisa” and “Menta” Meeting Rooms

40 m² each, maximum 48 people

The two meeting rooms Melisa – named after the medicinal plant melissa (lemon balm) – and Menta – mint – can be reached via the Verbena hall. The rooms, which are separated from one another, are of approximately the same size and face north. Nevertheless, high ceilings and spacious window areas also ensure plenty of daylight and a cosy atmosphere.

These two small rooms are suitable for parallel lecture series next to Verbena, the main hall. However, they can also be used for meetings, group work or as a place of retreat. Due to their barrier-free access, they can also be used as an easily accessible storage area during your event.
